CARBON-14 - BY VALDEMIR MOTA DE MENEZES

By: Valdemir Mota de Menezes
Radioisotopes are radioactive isotopes. Radioisotopes are atoms with different mass, but as the same atomic number. Radioactivity is dangerous to health, so handling should be done with all safety procedures. Carbon-14 is a method for measuring time based on measuring the loss of carbon being a once vivo method used in archeology to calculate the loss of a carbon material. Unfortunately, men often has used the knowledge to their own destruction. The hydrogen mass 1 which is the most abundant in nature is not radioactive, but the mass 2 is radioactive and is used in dangerous hydrogen bomb.
